Poor Customer Service and Unreasonable Policies I purchased two Groupon promotions for Rejuvenate Therapeutic Massage and attempted to book my appointments online. The system required me to provide credit card information just to schedule, even though I had already paid through Groupon. I love my massage every time I go! Keep up the great service ypu always have. Thank you for taking care of the knots on my neck which are, literally, pain in the neck to me!
Purchased a Groupon and can’t ever get ahold of the therapist and their online booking system says it’s full for the remainder of the year, with the except of April 18 which does not work for me. Also their voicemail is not set up so no one can leave a message! Please call me back with the phone number ending is 5669. Thank you.
