I used to love this place but for the past 3 months I've had a hard time getting a hold of anyone at the salon to schedule or reschedule. I've even gone to the salon on days they had been open in the past and it was closed so I couldn't talk to them in person. I'm really sad because I don't trust anyone else with my hair but I also had to cancel last minute last time so I prepaid my next appointment.
