Monique did massages for me and some of my co-workers. She was amazing! It was very relaxing and she had an overall calming. Highly recommend!

I had a massage with Monique today. I usually do not write reviews, but I think she is a wonderful massage therapist. I have a very busy schedule, high stress career and probably spend way too much time in the Gym. Just one appointment with her and I already feel so much better. She is very professional and I like her technique. It is hard to find a great massage therapist, but I believe I found one here. I am looking forward to my next session. I highly recommend Monique!
I have been fighting the flu and was having trouble recovering despite being in good physical health. Brian suggested that I get the recovery IV so I did. Dewayne did a wonderful job administering the IV and making sure there were no adverse reactions. I feel so much better already and will definitely be back. Thank you both!!
A true coach dedicated to clients. I have been a strength athlete for over 15 years, was a college athlete, and a coach of Brian's caliber and dedication to the individual is almost non existent it today's industry. Extremely personable, and tells the truth. While it's not sugar coated, it is laid it out before you step by step and anyone at any level can start that day. Highly recommended, would be an understatement.
