Heidi is an amazing massage practitioner in Pacific Beach. I did a 1 hour deep tissue massage and was blown away by the level of care she gives. The massage table was very comfortable and definitely a step above when it comes to the quality of linens used and extras offered such as liniments, essential oils, heating pads, and even nice home brewed butterfly pea tea available after the massage.
