Gentle, no pressure, reasonably priced All round excellent
I'm really disappointed by the results, the service delivery, and the lack of responsiveness of the staff. I'm in my first appointment, Nicole was caring, kind, and warm, but the results she provided from botox were not what we discussed. When I returned for a touch up, I saw Dr Tal, who was very rushed with me, and she admitted that Nicole had errored and not given me correct information about how many units I would need, and correct placement, etc. They also last minute cancelled one of my appointments, and at another appo... read more
Always very professional, clean and friendly! Nicole is knowledgeable and will take her time to explain procedures before hand. Dr. Lal is also very experienced and definitely knows how to focus on Aesthetics.
I found the office while I was temporary living in the upper west side. Dr. Lal and Sacca are professional, kind, and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of. Thank you!!
