I'm really disappointed by the results, the service delivery, and the lack of responsiveness of the staff. I'm in my first appointment, Nicole was caring, kind, and warm, but the results she provided from botox were not what we discussed. Always very professional, clean and friendly! Nicole is knowledgeable and will take her time to explain procedures before hand. Dr. Lal is also very experienced and definitely knows how to focus on Aesthetics.
