Called 2 times with no answers but calls did transfer to another number that had a voice mail set up. Later found Number you can text to so I was able to set up a massage appt easily for the next day. At appt. Receptionist called me by another name which made me wonder If they had double booked or just had terrible sceduling in place. Poor time management. I was scheduled for a 12 pm facial and I waited for 25 minutes before I left. I am all for supporting local black owned businesses, but come on meet me half way. I honestly can't spend my hard earned money where my time is not RESPECTED.
