I have been going to Rejuv for over five years and would highly recommend this clinic! They are well-informed, highly skilled and extremely friendly. The facility is welcoming, calm and relaxing. Definitely top notch!!
I'm so impressed with the professional, courteous service I received today at Rejuv! The front office staff were also pleasant and helpful. Jill was friendly and thorough when explaining the photo facial procedure to me answering all my questions without hurrying me. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I am beyond impressed by the excellent services and customer service I have received at Rejuv. I met with Jill first for a consult and she was extremely professional, honest and knowledge in what services she would recommend and also what she felt was not necessary. I have been going to Rejuv for a little over a year now. The staff has always been very professional and friendly. I first met Jill who has been very helpful and honest with helping me pick out the procedures that are best for me. She introduced me to Jennifer who has gone above and beyond to suit my needs. I feel extremely comfortable discussing personal things with her regarding the more personal treatments. I would/have highly recommend my friends to Rejuv.
I went to Rejuv with a Groupon for laser hair removal but was completely open to purchasing more if I was happy with my service and results. My first appointment consisted of my technician trying to sell me more services (before I've even experienced 1 with them) and when I said I wasn't ready at this time, she clearly decided to stop talking to me and give me crappy service. Granted anyone can have a bad experience anywhere, but this particular review was troubling to me after my experience was so positively life changing. Don't fall for their sales pitch-They obviously don't know what they are doing! I paid for and went through the painful process (I never got fully numb even after numerous shots-that also hurt-FYI-I have never had an issue going numb at my dermatologist) of the Scar-Free Facial Mole Removal-The "doctor" I met with doesn't know what she is talking about when she said my mole was removable-after treatment-which hurt like H#LL! I was first introduced to Rejuv Skin and Laser Clinic through a friend of mine who invited me to an open house at Rejuv last fall. The staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a bikini and underarm hair removal package for myself and a hair removal package for my husband’s back. My husband and I could not be happier! The results were great and so was the customer service. I was so impressed; I’m now undergoing skin care treatments for a few more perks ? I would strongly recommend!
I began treatments with rejuv 1 year ago for velashape (thighs)and refirm? ( skin tightening on my face).After several treatments for both I noticed no change in either my thighs or my face....I asked for a refund as I wasn't seeing any results. I was told by Jill that they don't do refunds and that I could continue the treatment but there was only 800.00 left of treatment out of 2000.00.
