Takes forever to pick up for return
By far the worst company for school pickups and when you call to file a complaint you get an attitude and connected to a supervisor whose mailbox is full. These kids aren’t even strapped in to their seats properly. I had to show the woman how to hook these poor children in. My sons school time starts at 830!!! 830!!! And anytime this driver and her assistant show they are careless. They don’t train their drivers about car seat safety at all and they don’t care when you file a complaint. Can't even begin to name all the things wrong here
Has to be the worst company ever for school pickups. They gave us a pickup time of 7:16am and then 1st day of school show up at 7:08am and just leave before we even got outside, didn't even beep the horn or anything. The lady told me 7:16am when she called me and now they are saying they didn't say that. No one will come to pickup my child now and she is going to miss her 1st day of her new school. Thanks so much loser Rajha group!
