Jenifer was outstanding. I went to her because of her knowledge of how to work with athletes. I was experiencing extreme back pain from over training for an ultra marathon. Her being a past marathoner could relate and knew exactly where to start. She was able to locate the overall issue and after 3 sessions she was able to solve my problems. 10/10 would recommend and will return in the future!
Jen did an incredible job and was extremely professional. She ensured to understand my preferences and helped relieve tough tension and stress. I was very impressed with her muscle and body knowledge to ensure it was the experience I wanted.

Jenifer is an excellent massage therapist and takes time to assess where your body needs extra attention both before and during treatment. I always leave her table feeling rejuvenated which allows my body to recover quicker from high intensity workouts and keep my sciatica at bay. Her space is always incredibly clean and quiet for a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve seen many massage therapists across Denver and she’s by far the best- I can’t recommend her enough!
