Getting a new roof can be very stressful: it is a big commitment and can be very expensive. We obtained three proposals and chose Reitzel for three reasons: they live in our neighborhood, they were installing other roofs in our neighborhood, and they were the proposal in the middle of the three we obtained. Their work was thorough, consistent, complete and timely. There was one hiccup in the installation that they remedied immediately and to our satisfaction. We are very happy that we chose Reitzel.
Mark came out right away, corrected the problem as he could until the work crew could get here. It rained, the fix worked! Yay! The crew came out and we’re good!

Just had a new roof completed and gutter guards installed. Can't say enough good things about this company. Communication was great. Roofers were courteous, respectful of my property, and professional. Worked very hard; worked over twelve hours the first day. Cleaned up my property to the point that you couldn't even tell they'd been there. Very pleased and would recommend Reitzel Home Improvement to anyone.
