RecommendedWe had a leak in the roof that was causing a puddle in front of our main door we use. They were on time, quick, and professional in fixing the roof. A couple months later we noticed puddling in front of the door again, we called and they were out within a day. After talking to Shane (who is amazing) we realized this was caused by wind driven rain and it had nothing to do with a leak. Marc and his team were unbelievable to work with! He responded to our call immediately (even though it was during the aftermath of Isaias) and was here right away to assess the damage. I fully expected a wait for the repairs, but he got us taken care of quickly and professionally. We just had our roof and gutters replaced by Reitzel Home Improvement and couldn't be happier. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. Price point was in the middle of our quotes, we feel we got a high quality product and a high quality installation. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.
They completed some chimney and roof repairs for me. Super quick, very professional and complete clean up after work was done. Also took me around to show the work area and explained everything they did.
We had Reitzel Home Improvement come to do some repair work to our deck. During the initial visit to write up the job, Marc also recommended some ideas to make our ramp safer. The crew arrived to do the work shortly after the initial visit; it was great to avoid a long wait and calling back to see when a crew would actually come. The men who did the work were awesome. Had my sliding door installed. Crew let me know exactly what was gonna happen and work was performed to specification. They brought their own cleaning material and ensured they didn't leave a mess. When the crew member had made a mistakes during the installation, he immediately stopped working and let me know he had to go get supplies to correct it without trying to cover it up. Definitely calling this company back to do more work
