Rick is unprofessional, he will take advantage of you and rip you off. He has this wierd cheesy smile, thats deceptive and creepy. Dont bother thinking you'll receive a security deposit back after being a good tenant, keeping his rental clean and far better than you walked in the first day. Takes advantage of lower income people/single parents too. Narcissistic and tries to leave you without heat during holidays in the dead of winter. Tells you to just plug in some electronic heaters. Been here over 2yrs.. I have NEVER had such a WONDERFUL experience with a landlord! & Rick(landlord) Is ABSOLUTELY the BEST! ALWAYS there when something goes wrong (which is rarely!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICK!! 371-4663
