I'm 59 years old. I have NEVER been numb with one injection, EVER!! Dr Zach did it though!! ONE and DONE for my filling. No after pain either. Every other filling I've ever had, multiple injections to numb and pain for days afterward. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone makes you feel comfortable which is not a word I would associate with dentistry before going here. Thank you all!
I’ve been a patient at Reitz & Gregerson Dental for years and have always received exceptional service and communication. Shannon has refused to continue sevice as I have badgercare (as we always have) howver was happy to pocket over 500$ fom my son's check up who also had badgercare. This dentistry office has always been aware of our financial and medical history and their abuse of the system in order to avoid follow up on a poorly placed crown is horrific.
