I strongly advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere. The leasing process at 61 Charles St E is highly unprofessional, largely due to the rental manager, Matt. As the sole point of contact for applications, he frequently ghosts applicants and exhibits clear bias when scheduling viewings. The interaction leaves a distinct impression that scheduling decisions are likely influenced (in my opinion) by personal factors—such as an applicant's background, accent, or appearance—rather than a fair, objective review process. Worst rental company! Does not maintain any of their buildings. The building i am in has pipes so awful that when we called a plumber and he took it all apart, there is black sludge coming out of the pipes. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?? It smells so bad it very hard to even be in the apartment. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
