When no one else in billings wanted to help me out with parts for my old boat i called reiters and they didnt even hesitate .. got my parts and we both were unsure if it was the right part since my boat didnt call for the part in the first place but someone had updated it some and the sales guy said if it doesnt fit brring it back and we will make sure we find the right part
We had our boats serviced at Montana Marina here in Billings and had given them four opportunities to fix a steering issue. When I attempted to get them to get it right this year, they refused. I took the boat to Reiter's Marina and they took the time to talk with me about the issue and then fixed it first time. They also helped me to unhitch and hitch the boat upon delivery and pickup, which MM had never done. They have been so accommodating and friendly. We are sold!
Local marina let me down several times. Called Reighter's and they next day mailed what I needed. Have dealt with them ever since. 4 years of great service and I look forward to more.
Awful experience, took my boat motor to them, the changed the fuel pump and said it was good to go. I took my boat out the next day and after 5 minutes my motor died and left me standed in the middle of the lake. Ended up beaching my boat walked two miles to my truck and made a make shift boat launch out of the shore. Got my boat home and took the motor cover off to find they left the fuel line rubbing against the fly wheel and it rubbed clean through leaving my motor covered in gas.
