We have used this company twice now to fix our bar cooler. We are located almost two hours away, but could find nowhere closer to work on it - yet Reite Way was willing to come down both times to help us out of a pinch. Both workers we dealt with were professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciated their willingness to help me (someone who knows nothing about compressors, starters, or capacitors) understand what was wrong and how to fix it. company came into my restaurant by mistake when trying to go to another restaurant and broke a $8,000 blast freezer and won't come in to fix it.

The technician was rude, using inappropriate language. When I called the office to complain they hung up. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend them
