No one ever answers the phone it’s ridiculous! When wic had the other employees they answered. New location no answer. I stayed on the phone 15 minutes to wait for someone to even answer the phone no answer. If i had to reschedule i wouldn’t be able to because no one even answers the phone
It’s terrible that no one at that office answers the phone. I’ve called six times this afternoon and have been on hold over 15 mins before I hang up. No voicemail or mailbox to leave a message so someone can return your call.
