Was not very friendly. If he wanted to scare me regarding what I was needing done he did. He was very negative in his answers. I was surprised at his demeanor since he had been recommended to me. I did say I wanted to have the procedure done . He seemed surprised that I was going forward with it. I was just needing a brow lift and a lid weight which is not a rare procedure according to his resume.
