The receptionist is not very helpful. They only take referrals and come off as very money focused. She said “idk what to tell you” when I asked for the best way to be seen.
I have been seeing Dr. Reisenauer ever since moving to Maui. She is knowledgeable, patient, caring and super talented. It can take a while to get on the schedule but it is worth it!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Reisenauer’s for over ten years. She is the kindest and most thorough dermatologist I have ever had. The office is beautiful and there is even coffee! But mostly it is her competence and bedside manner that are so impressive. I highly recommend her.
