While the medical care itself was excellent and professional, the front-facing experience was not. The staff were impersonal and, at times, rude, which significantly detracted from the visit. After I expressed discomfort providing my Social Security number, the receptionist loudly announced that she was shredding it. I never leave bad reviews but the receptionists at this office are so rude. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day the first couple times that they were mean but I’ve had to make 3 appointments now and I think it’s just the way they are. I wish I could switch to another derm but none are accepting new patients.

Receptionist hung up on me before speaking intentionally, as she said, "15 times". Had she answered the first call, I could have added information i needed.to. when I finally got thru, she was angry for me to keep trying, and was rude. .

I made an appointment for the removal of something cosmetic that was bothering me.. During the appointment I asked for a refill prescription of tretinoin since I had it in the past and they completely changed my appointment after I did that.. without even asking me. Treated it as another basis and marked it as some kind of new check up even though I’ve had that prescription in the past.
