The few times I have had to request a part for my Nissan Rogue the longest I have ever had to wait for a part is a week for the part to be delivered. I’ve waited longer for Amazon Packages.

I have the worst experience with the guy who was working on the parts service Thursday 21 August 2025 Didn't get his name, I ordered a part form there a day before with make model and year + the vin number And I get the wrong parts, When I did the return he was trying to charge me 8 box for a mistake I didn't do for your guys fault, and was trying to explain the situation to change the part or get the money back he was not lessning at all I was talking and he was talking on same time without understanding what going on, so i... read more
A few months ago I was in my Mobil office and it was slick as a white hounds _____ sack. I bent my rim when I hit the curb in south Olathe. I had to be towed to a tire store. I called around and Reiselman was the only dealer who had the rims I needed. Wouldn’t you know their parts nerd, Clint had them there in an hour!! In ice and by the airport to S. Olathe in an hour?!? Thats service folks! Thanks to Boogie and Jim too.
