Disappointed in their customer service. Had an issue with engagement ring failing at the joint. They want to charge me to remake the ring so it doesn't happen again. Why does a customer have to pay when there is supposedly a workmanship guarantee?
Does not stand by their workmanship on products! Very sad that they just want to charge the customer for the lack of quality even though they state they have a workmanship guarantee!
