Jeff Manzi is the best stylist I know. Hands Up, Hands Down, Hands all around. There I said it. I have been following him for over 10 years. From Vis a Vis to Dragonfly to Blonde... Then he branched out on his own and now together with his equally talented partner, H L Painter, they opened Reinvent Salon.
