Honestly i’d already tried fixing the listing problems ourselves a few times and it just kept coming back in different forms. What helped here was they explained what Amazon was actually reacting to, not just what needed fixing. That part made it click. Since then i haven’t had the same repeat issues.
SCAMS! WASTE MONEY AND TIME! COMPLETELY COPY&PASTE!!!! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. We trusted on comments, we started working with Reinstate Amz. They said they would help in the beginning and they sent the appeal after paid fee. PROOF OF THE PAYMENT ATTACHED The appeal they sent was completely "Copy & Paste". Because although we provided the information, the category, information, content they appealed belonged to other vendors. (I can prove it to anyone who wants. I still have the Emails between us.)
