Very disappointing experience with the front office. I blocked off half a day of my clinic schedule to attend this appointment, only to be told at check-in that my digital insurance card was not acceptable and that a physical card was required. Instead of trying to find a solution, the front office staff member was dismissive and rude, and ultimately canceled my appointment on the spot. Worth the wait time. The most comprehensive testing and thorough eye exam I have ever received from an eye doctor or Ophthalmologist. Dr. Reinke listened to my concerns, reviewed the same day testing, completed his own detailed exam, discussed findings and treatment options. His staff was professional and took the time to explain the process and next steps throughout the appointment.
My mother has been a patient for several years. ALWAYS an hour+ wait w no apologies. He may be good but his schedulers & scheduling system sucks. If you value your time & expect your provider to do the same, find someone else.
Yes I see why the reviews are so shitty now. Office staff are less reliable than Helen Keller as an Uber driver
