Greg White ghosted me after a couple emails and getting my information... Focus1 insurance in Medford took care of me promptly.
gave ALL my personal info on web site, never heard word one back. My suggestion is to avoid this company.
Called to get an insurance quote, receptionist told me agents are busy and will call me back. Followed up a couple days later, same story. Still no call back. I would recommend trying a different insurance office or using an online service. This one is a waste of time.
