Judy McDonald of Reinhardt is unquestionably the best property manager you'll find in the Ann Arbor area. I owned a property there until recently, I'm located out of state, and I never had to worry about a thing. She was always responsive to me and the tenants, always friendly and resourceful, and took care of my property as if it were my own. Trust me - go with her. You won't find anyone better.
We had the pleasure of working with Judy McDonaled when we rented a condo, and she was fantastic. Even though she represented the landlord, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and easy for us, and we truly appreciated her professionalism. We would gladly work with her again, and recommend her to others.

The Reinhart team is a well-oiled machine. Their online portal is easy to set up and use, the staff is friendly, and I would recommend their services to landlords and renters alike. Special shout out to Angie Rasmussen who managed the property that I rented, she was timely, well-organized, and easy to communicate with.
