Felt misled by Ms. Popovic. Extremely simple negotiation over a custody agreement, which she led me to believe wouldn't use the entire retainer. Then, surprise surprise, the final bill comes after I sign, and it comes out to the exact amount of the retainer. What an extraordinary coincidence. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Popovic Law Group. I initially reached out by phone and I followed up with an email detailing my case, explicitly asking for a retainer estimate. Rather than providing any information about the retainer value, I was simply given an initial consultation fee and instructed to contact them to schedule an appointment.
