I rented a unit for 12 years in ann arbor. Kirk took this unit over as a property manager and it was the worst renting experience of my life. Less then 1 year after Kirk taking over the unit was inspected by the city of ann arbor and failed this inspection yet continued to rent this unit. Took excessively long time to respond to our maintenance requests, or ignored them completely.
