We’ve been bringing our cars to Reinhardt's German Auto Haus for over 3 years and always receive excellent service. Jeff and his team are honest, dependable, and take the time to explain things clearly. After some bad experiences elsewhere, it’s a relief to know our cars are in good hands with people we can trust.
I'm new to the area and haven't found my go to mechanic yet for my 2016 BMW M235i. Unfortunately, my charge pipe blew out suddenly so I had to scramble quickly to find a fix. Glad I came across Reinhardt's as they were able to get me fixed up as well as doing my regular service and back on the road in less than 24 hours. Brittany was super nice during the whole exchange as well! Will definitely be going to these guys regularly from here on!
This is the best Mercedes Benz service repair shop.i have been at Rocco’s,German auto shop at Marietta and both of them gave me price no less then Mercedes Benz dealer service.i wish i discovered German Auto Haus long time ago.this is family owned shop and their prices much better then other shops.my highly recommendation.do not pay so much and come to this shop and save big time.5 stars to Jeff and his team.
