I have used Dr Awender for several years and the service is top notch. Chris the secretary has always been very polite and helpful with me. I'm guessing UNHAPPY was having a bad day.

The secretary, Chris, was VERY VERY rude!! I have never been treated that poorly in all my experiences. To add insult to injury, the dentist was upset with me that I did not allow her to treat me bad when I told her she was rude. I told him what she said to me and how she was rude from day one, and how I tolerated her subtle comments until her last over the top comment was unavoidable and had to be addressed. He reported what she said to me was fine and she has worked for him over 20 years and he feels he has never had issue... read more

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
