Josh’s team did a great job installing my Trane unit. Due to manufacturing defect, they had to contact the manufacturer, got replacement parts and replaced the defective part. During the whole ordeal, he and his team was very responsive, answered my question, installed a temporary window unit to keep me comfortable. While I am not happy with Trane, the manufacturer, Josh and his team’s professionalism made the whole ordeal much more bearable.
Technician was very courteous, mannerly, timely, efficient, and knowledgeable about his job.RHA is the best!
