Staff at the desk answering the phone very condiscending in their interactions toward me. Been seeing them for about a year now. They messed up bloodwork for me then. It's the same thing now. I called 5 times before to inquire about the bloodwork I had gotten done and was not given a call back from their automatic call back system until today finally.
