Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process, and the final result is stunning. Jessica was very informative, warm, and welcoming, and clearly passionate not just about gems and jewelry design, but also about what they mean to her customers. She also respects customers' preferences and budgets as I always got the sense she was trying to find exactly what I was looking for rather than pushing for a higher price tag.
