DO NOT SHOP HERE. they sold my jewelry that was in their store on consignment and are refusing to pay me for it. they are ignoring my calls and texts and emails. they made some effort to pay last year but have since completely started ignoring me. take your business elsewhere, these people aren't trustworthy
Every visit I've made has been consistent. The staff are friendly, the jewelry is well displayed, and I never feel rushed into making a decision. It's become my first stop whenever I'm shopping for a special gift or treating myself.
The diamond fell out of my ring. I brought it here to be repaired because I've heard very good things about this place but was told by a lady with the most repulsive breath that it's unrepairable. And that not only are the prongs not repairable but seven others stones are missing from the side of it. I asked about mounting the diamond on a different band and I was told to go online and look or send my ring back to Florida where I bought it from. The selection is beautiful and high quality, with pieces that clearly reflect craftsmanship and care.
I love Reines! The service is always personable. They treat us like family. They have classic styles and some more modern. I like the range of designs they have. They even have beautiful estate jewelry which always catches my eye. Good people here!
