The diamond fell out of my ring. I brought it here to be repaired because I've heard very good things about this place but was told by a lady with the most repulsive breath that it's unrepairable. And that not only are the prongs not repairable but seven others stones are missing from the side of it. I asked about mounting the diamond on a different band and I was told to go online and look or send my ring back to Florida where I bought it from.
