Jessica was very informative, warm, and welcoming, and clearly passionate not just about gems and jewelry design, but also about what they mean to her customers. She also respects customers' preferences and budgets as I always got the sense she was trying to find exactly what I was looking for rather than pushing for a higher price tag.

Jessica, Kevin and the entire staff are truly amazing to deal with and are a great representative of what a family business should look and feel like. They have been my go to jeweler for the past 5 years and my only regret is not finding this amazing boutique jewelry store sooner. If they don't have what you are looking for, no worries... Jessica just needs an inspiration picture or sketch and she literally tracks it down and has it in her store within days.
