I am a long time customer of Reiner because they are dependable and the job always gets done right the first time, whether it's regular service maintenance or a repair. My most recent appointment was for my annual furnace service maintenance. Our tech, Michael C, arrived on time and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He completed the service in a timely manner and left the work area clean and neat. Always a great experience!
Michael was cheerful, efficient, and professional. He communicated well, asking me if I’d had any problems or questions and then proceeded to check the boiler. He made sure that all five zones worked properly, too. Great job.
