Our tech Mike C. was fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Out of all the technicians who have come to my home over the years, Mike was by far the most attentive and detail-oriented. I’ve dealt with recurring HVAC issues every year, but Mike was able to correctly diagnose the root problem, fix it, and even walk me through steps we can take to prevent future issues. Really appreciate the time and care he put into his work and top-notch service!

Edgar arrived on time and after carefully looking at the furnace and the surrounding area found the problem. Then he skillfully fixed the issue which turned out to be a water pipe with a pinhole. Edgar knew what he was doing and went about correcting the problem. At all times Edgar was courteous and professional. Edgar’s visit today makes me appreciate that I have a service contract with Reiner.

Hi Richard The service provided by the company was exemplary. The technicians arrived punctually and came prepared with drop cloths. They conducted themselves professionally throughout the setup process, ensuring that all rugs and floors were properly protected. Equipped with the necessary tools and parts, they worked diligently—despite high temperatures in the attic—to complete the installation. They took only a brief half-hour break before promptly resuming their work.
