if zero stars were an option i would have chosen that. when reiner put 2 high efficiency hvac systems into my residence the service was wonderful. one system stopped working after 9 years so i called them. they charged me $200 for a visit and determined that i needed a new thermostat. they quoted me $1350.00 which is very big for a thermostat, they explained that its a high tech thermostat with wireless function and was necessary to maintain high system efficiency. they had me, would have never put it in if i thought that a ... read more
