Reilly's was very good to us. Me and my son were playing catch outside and the football hit an outside water line and it broke. Water gushing everywhere, including into our basement. I called and Chris was here in 20 minutes, fixed it fast and well done. I've had other plumbers here before, but I wont call them back before I call Reilly's

Thanksgiving evening 2024. Water heater thermostat stopped working. Called several places and got no help. Tried Reilly's on a hope and prayer around 7pm. Chris heard my issue, came out with the part, and replaced it on the spot. He was professional, friendly, easy to chat with, and most importantly, honest. A real handshake guy. And he came through on a holiday? Took his card. I won't call anyone else again. Chris is awesome.

Chris and his crew are professionals that went the extra mile to take care of us. His team went under the house and spent a lot of time working as a team to fix things. I could see some good team dynamics going on. When our plumbing came up with a problem that appeared after they had left, they came back 2 days later and figured out what the problem was. Have been using their service quite a few times in the past. Chris is a very nice and knowledgeable person to talk to and he always did a good job. They are quite fast to respond; I just got one inside wall leaking problem fixed today. They showed up in one hour after I made my phone call. Really amazing!

Water heater blew up and american home shield was less than helpful by a long shot. Took three days to get someone out to look at it and then gave us an outragous quote on upgrade to tankless. The guys from Reilly's showed up same day delt with Home shield to get us money back and did the job for half what those other guys were trying to charge us. No issues with install its working great and guys that did the work were prompt and plesant, no issues, would recommend.
