The Australian/NZ staff member helped. Signed paper work and the office Key we needed to replace was about 9.50 all in. James I believe was the one I spoke to that confirmed the specific model of Sargent key I needed.

After 3 years of having several Medeco cylinders installed in my home, we experienced difficulties extracting our keys from the front door lock. Called Reillys the morning, were told technician would arrive the next day in the afternoon. They explained their time charges to which I agreed, took my credit card details. Waited at home patiently, only to hear from them at 2pm that the technician couldn't arrive until the next morning, 2 days after my service request.
