I just had Jonah from Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air LLC come over to inspect my older gravity boiler furnace in preparation for the winter season. He showed up wearing a mask and made sure to keep it on while in my home, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly. When I asked him about checking the boiler expansion tank and draining it if necessary, he gladly agreed to let me know the extra cost and handle it right then. I got in touch with a plumbing company after having a disagreeable encounter with another firm that tried to overcharge me by $2500! I was informed that a plumber would arrive at my residence in Mt Vernon between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Much to my delight, Erick arrived early at 10:10. Brett & Sons Plumbing & Air LLC really know their stuff. The project kicked off as a full home repiping job, but as other issues arose, it expanded to include replacing a bathtub, toilets, and even the main water valve outside among other things. I was particularly struck by the meticulous attention to detail that erick, jonah, and samuel displayed during the work.
