RPC: Robbers, Pirates and Crooks. They cannot paint or contract. Rather, their expertise is in scams such as, but not limited to, padding the bill by thousands of dollars, unfinished projects, lousy work and out right lies. Here is only one example. For curb appeal, they recommended we take down a shed. They took it down all right and then took it for themselves for their own use! I cannot sufficiently express my disgust with RPC. Never let them on your property.
