Called to see about establishing. Spoke with Brenda. They immediately asked what breed I had. Then, I was told they didn't really care to take large dogs (fair, I have a 200lb giant), and when asked about my smaller one who I needed to get in for an ear infection, was told it'd probably be best for me to keep looking because he's not really doing anything like that anymore. I have had Mark as a vet for over 20 plus years. Has always been very knowledgeable and helpful in the care of my Rotties and cats . I called to set an appointment for my dog and was told he is Retiring. I think as a client should have ben told of the changes . Now I’m going over to a vet appointment that I had to put down a deposit on where Mark is at and will not even see him. It’s a good thing this was not an emergency on behalf of my dog. To say least I’m a bit annoyed…
