These people are dishonest. Wouldn’t trust this place. Brought our car in to get a problem fixed and they created more issues and wanted more money out of us, after already paying thousands of dollars. They just like to tamper with people. Refused to own up to their mistakes despite paying for a “warranty”. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Had some maintenance repairs done and received a text message asking if everything was good with my car. What great customer service and a pleasant surprise! HIGHLY recommended!
I went to Reilly Auto Repair after having first gone to Pep Boys.I had my engine light on and my car was stuttering. Pep Boys told me that if was just a matter of time and my engine would die soon and not to drive any long distance just in case of being stranded They even told me that it would cost me over a thousand dollars to get another engine.
