I inherited my grandfather's watch from my mother, and it needed a battery. I bought one, got the back off, and then couldn't get it back on. So I drove about 20 miles to Reigning Jewels in Athens, and I'm glad I did. The folks there were phenomenal. They put the watch back together, then took the time to polish it without my even asking.
