Similar experience to Todd regarding responsiveness. Reign Roofing has done a lot of work on my house installed new beautiful gutters and had a great experience with the team on site. However, after attempting to contact multiple times in October 2022 with some needed patch work near my chimney, it seems this business is now closed, if they are still operating in this area - use caution as the work they have done previously for me under warranty is unusable as the response I received was.. Carrigan Peterson of Reign roofing did NOT deliver as promised. Reign requested a sizable deposit to secure a spot on their schedule to install a comp/metal roof on my new construction build. When it was time for roofing Carrigan said he’d be right out as soon as I was ready, then went “radio silence” for a week as the October rains were coming.
