I had Reigle home comfort ,for 4 yrs and up until now they did a great job . But 2 weeks ago I called talked to joe on the phone ,explaining we had no heat or hot water on a cold nov day . He told me he would call me one hour before he was coming . When 4:30 pm came we became worried that he wasn't coming .We called ,we texted ,emailed and mess him on Facebook . He never responded to us he left us hanging when if he would of just told us he wasn't coming ,I could of gotten someone else. I will never use this service ever aga... read more
