Horrid horrid horrid Office Staff!!! Horrid horrid horrid Office Staff!!! I went in 2 1/2 weeks ago for a consultation due to severe pain on all corners of my mouth. The Dentist is exceptional and informative, but when I sat down to go over my work with the Billing woman I was floored at her lack of sympathy -- she seemed more worried about the payment then the pain I was experiencing. Told me I needed surgery, but I didnt. I broke a tooth and had an exposed nerve root. I was in extreme pain and needed to have the remainder of the tooth pulled. I was given Dr. Reidy's name by my insurance. After waiting 30 minutes past my appt. time. My x-rays were finally done and after another 15-20 minutes Dr. Reidy came in for about 2 minutes and then left. I was told I would have to have the remainder of the tooth pulled by an oral surgeon. not a good dental office to go to if you need help I went to this dentist for a jaw problem. They had no idea what to do. They charged me for x-rays and exam. They told me that I needed to see an endodontist or an orthodontist. I could only open my mouth a few inches and was in pain. I left in pain with a $224 bill. I told them I had insurance but they wanted payment before I saw the dentist. When I got home I called the insurance company and discovered I was over-charged by $80. Good Dentist My husband has his dental work done at this office, and has had good service over the last couple years. They do good, thourough work, and the fees are average for dental work for this area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and will help to put you at ease if you are nervous about going to the dentist.
