I wish I could give less than one star!!!!!!! You shouldn't tell a customer you are interested in their items on the phone in order to lure them into your business and then once you've gotten them to come in you offer them 20% of what they are asking! And after speaking with someone who knows you, they say that is normal behavior for you. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
