We are very happy with our experience with Reid’s Roofing. We had new roof shingles last year and this year installed and new siding. Planning with Reid’s Roofing very helpful and informative and They followed through on the design presented. The project manager Henry and the siding installer Ian were professional and personable. We highly recommend this company.
AWESOME SERVICE!!! What can I say! They listen to what you needs are, meet them and exceed expectations. Reid's Roofing 'fills in the pieces' that other roofing companies miss! Very congenial and easy to work with, get right to the point, no upsell and they 'do it right the first time!' They also masterfully fix 're-do' jobs by the 'other' roofing companies!!
I called up Reid's Roofing & Insulation about a problem I've been having in my attic with frost. The same day Pete came out to have a look. He was extremely pleasant and spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue and educating me on the problems and possible solutions. There was absolutely zero pressure sales and even better there was no service call charge for him to come out.
