I have a no soliciting sign on my front door yet this company has bothered me multiple times at my home. Please respect home owners.
I recently had a piece of reverse peak flashing come dislodged after some strong winds. The quoting process was quick, detailed, and professional, and the repair was completed within a week of accepting the quote. The gentleman who came out for the repair was friendly and very thoughtful in how he completed the work. I was impressed with Reid's, particularly since this was such a small job. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly be contacting them again for my own future roofing needs.
I had a very serious issue from poor quality work done by a different roofing contractor. Thankfully I found Reid’s roofing and insulation who were able to quickly identify the problem and helped me sort through how to fix it. They were really really great and I am very grateful to have had their expertise. No BS or trying to upsell . Just honest straight forward information and kind and helpful advice . Reid’s Roofing replaced my shingles in the fall of 2025. I was very happy with their work. However a few months later when the snow was melting off my roof I noticed that one of the downspouts was out of place and water was leaking down the side of my house and forming a big puddle of water right beside the house. I called Reid’s thinking that they would just come out and put the downspout back in place as it has never been an issue before the roof was done. Reid’s did my roof, siding and insulation. I can’t imagine calling anyone else. They are honest, friendly, reliable do great work. I’ll be calling them again when my roof needs to be done someday.
