We bought a beautiful townhome in the Sands, Thornbury, Lora Bay enclave and just love it ! Reid's has been so great in dealing with any and all small problems we have had - quick, professional and excellent follow up work whether its a small drywall issue or something more significant. Denise from Warranty department is extremely helpful and prompt in providing assistance. Thermostat had gone completely blank on a hot day shutting down the AC. Technician arrived on time and fixed it. Happy with the service provided today!
