Wish there was a zero star option for this review. DO NOT do business with the REID FAMILY unless you want to have a whole lot of sleepless nights and even more uncertainty. An absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with!!!! Do yourself a huge favour and DO NOT GET INVOLVED with the REID FAMILY go with another company!!!
My 80+ year old parents live in an unlit community because Reid’s is cheap! The whole community was wired into the local rec centre and when it got torn down (for reasons that would make a good number of homes in phase 5 need to be torn down for the same reason) all the street lights went out. You know who Reid’s blamed for this? The residents. Most of the residents are retirees, and they’re not the ones who got all cheap while wiring the community. This review is for the service I consistently get from Jenni Tosic relative to my Tarion warranty work. She is kind professional and doesn’t leave me hanging in limbo wondering when I can expect work to be addressed. Love her attitude towards her work. Feels like she is invested in us getting great results. Jenni is a keeper!!
I purchased my townhouse which was just over a year old. I noticed inside the unit 2 walls had been cracked all the way from the ceiling to the floor. My one patio the wooden boards were not properly installed they forgot to screw or nail the planks into place so when you walk or stand on it the wood boards go up like a teeter-totter. We’ve had multiple units make complaints such as forgetting to paint the exterior door and trim grey or a slopping driveway. I will post pictures soon.
