I used go to Reid’s in Central Austin and they were the gold standard for dry cleaning. When I wanted something done right I went there. For this reason I chose Reids in Georgetown, but unfortunately I had a very different experience. My blue striped dress was returned with many yellow stains all over the front. The tag on the dress claimed that they were there before. I disagree. I inspected each article along with the employee during drop off. I didn’t notice any stains. Fast and easy but a little dated and pricy
Excellent service and friendly staff!
Stay away, classic bait and switch strategy, they quote you one price, charge you another. And on top of that no desire from the staff to make it right. No supervisor on duty, no prices posted. Shady business practices
Very good laundry and dry cleaners. I've had to instruct them many times on pants creases, but I think they now understand that NO ONE wants their creases on the sides of their pants.
