I brought in a formal dress to be cleaned, and it was returned to me damaged - days before I was to attend a wedding abroad. Very good, new machine
I used go to Reid’s in Central Austin and they were the gold standard for dry cleaning. When I wanted something done right I went there. For this reason I chose Reids in Georgetown, but unfortunately I had a very different experience. My blue striped dress was returned with many yellow stains all over the front. The tag on the dress claimed that they were there before. I disagree. I inspected each article along with the employee during drop off. I didn’t notice any stains.
