The workers were prompt, precise in their work, knowledgeable of their product, and were able to answer the questions I had. The supervisor, Greg, did make a return trip to make sure everything was working as designed.
Scheduling had him booked too tight and he arrived several hours late but he did a great job and gave us good advice going forward.
Reid's did a great job once again with an AC unit that was giving us trouble. We will always call Reid's when our AC is out - they definitely have earned five stars in helping us stay cool. Many thanks to Jared for a job well done!
